Research has shown (Scientific American Study) that hypnosis audios can be as effective as hypnosis administered in person. Your hypnosis session is the audio version of a tried and true weight loss hypnosis session that has helped thousands of people become active in just one session..
Most people fail with hypnosis for weight loss for 3 main reasons-either you weren’t prepared, you didn’t really want to stop and you wanted hypnosis to make you want to stop (which it can’t do, you have to want it), or your hypnotist wasn’t a specialist with a tried and true method.
Yes, hypnosis is safe. You are always in control in the state of hypnosis and can stop your session at any time if you need to. You cannot be made to do anything against your will or morals.
The entire program runs about three-and-a half hours, spread out in 30 minute segments. We make sure you have enough time to go to each one. As well we recommended daily use when first starting.
For most people starting out exercising there can be some soreness in the first few days. We recommend going slowly at first then adding more, so your body can adjust properly.
Things like caffeine or exercise aids should be used with consultation from a doctor, to make sure everything is okay. We focus on having your subconscious being drawn in to exercise as much as you desire.
